Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms govern use of Chainpulse BSC RPC infrastructure, including the website, console, public no-key endpoints, and prepaid authenticated endpoints.

Agreement

By accessing the website, console, public RPC endpoints, or authenticated RPC endpoints operated under Chainpulse BSC RPC (including bsc-rpc.chainpulse.cc, bsc-rpc-public.chainpulse.cc, and bsc-rpc-vip.chainpulse.cc), you agree to these Terms of Service.

How we handle technical and account data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Lawful use

You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction, as well as any laws that apply to the blockchain networks you interact with.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of BSC RPC endpoints, applications you operate, or traffic you generate is permitted where you live and where your users are located.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to attack, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or third-party systems; to probe or exploit security vulnerabilities except with prior written permission; to distribute malware; to engage in fraud; or to facilitate other unlawful activity.

We may rate-limit, throttle, reject, or block requests (including public RPC traffic by IP) and may disable API keys or accounts when we detect abuse, unpaid usage risk, or policy violations.

Public and authenticated RPC

Public endpoints are provided without an API key, are rate-limited, and may change availability or limits at any time. They are intended for evaluation and light use, not guaranteed production capacity.

Authenticated endpoints require a valid API key and available prepaid balance for successful billable requests, subject to plan and platform limits published in the console.

You are responsible for safeguarding API keys. Activity performed with your key is treated as your activity.

Billing

Paid access is prepaid. Successful JSON-RPC responses may consume balance according to the pricing shown in the console. Failed requests are generally not charged, but we may still apply rate limits and abuse controls.

On-chain USDT deposits are final once confirmed by the network. Consumed balance for successful usage is not refundable except where we choose to credit an account after a verified platform error.

No professional advice

The service provides blockchain node access as infrastructure. Nothing on the site constitutes legal, financial, investment, or compliance advice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or latency-guaranteed RPC access. Blockchain networks, third-party wallets, and upstream nodes may fail or fork outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from your use of RPC data, transactions you broadcast, or downtime.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Questions can be sent through the Telegram contact shown on https://bsc-rpc.chainpulse.cc/ when configured, or via the support channels listed on the website.
