Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

This page is the public privacy statement for Chainpulse BSC RPC, including the console at https://bsc-rpc.chainpulse.cc/ and public RPC hosts such as bsc-rpc-public.chainpulse.cc.

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how BSC RPC (operated at bsc-rpc.chainpulse.cc and related Chainpulse domains) collects and uses information when you visit our website, use the console, or call our public or authenticated JSON-RPC endpoints.

We do not sell personal data. We use limited technical data to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Rules about lawful and acceptable use are in our Terms of Service, not in this Privacy Policy.

Public RPC endpoints

Our free public endpoints (for example bsc-rpc-public.chainpulse.cc) do not require an API key. For these requests we may process your client IP address for per-IP rate limiting, abuse prevention, and aggregated usage analytics (such as request counts and success rates).

We do not use public RPC traffic to build advertising profiles. Tracking for Chainlist and similar directories should be considered limited.

Accounts and authenticated RPC

When you connect a wallet, we store your wallet address and session information so you can access the console. Authentication uses a one-time signed message; we do not request private keys or submit transactions on your behalf for login.

API keys are stored as irreversible hashes and short prefixes. We cannot recover the full plaintext key after creation. Usage, billing, and deposit records (including on-chain transaction hashes) are kept to operate prepaid billing and support.

Website analytics

Our website may record page views and related technical metadata such as IP address, approximate country (when available from the edge network), user agent, and whether you are signed in. This helps us understand product usage and protect the service.

In production we may also use Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic metrics.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies or similar storage for session authentication after wallet login. The browser may also keep a short-lived token used by the console API client. You can clear cookies and local storage to end the session.

Data sharing

We use infrastructure providers (for example hosting, CDN, DNS, and database services) that process data only to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

Data retention

Operational logs, rate-limit counters, usage aggregates, and account records are retained for as long as needed to provide billing, security, support, and legal compliance. Aggregated metrics may be kept longer than raw request logs.
